We had an incredible experience with all the staff at The Eastern District Animal Hospital. Its always quite stressful when your beloved pet is not well and everyone who dealt with us at the hospital put our mind at rest everyday.

We were constantly updated daily by phone or whats app with pictures of our poorly cat and we were able to go and visit any day during the very flexible visiting hours. The people there really care about animals and making them better but they also care about easing the minds of the owners as well. My husband and I can't thank everyone there enough. We have dealt with a lot of vets/hospitals in our time and this hospital  with its staff was by far the best we have ever had an experience with. We would highly recommend this hospital if you have a sick animal.

Our 2.5 years old french bulldog Thor 雷雷 just completed his deseximg surgery yesterday! Thanks to Dr Joanna Lee at East Island Animal Hospital, Dr Quach at Creature Comforts and the professional team including Loretta! The door to door pick up service and regular update and follow up make it very easy and comforting for us throughout the process! As a snub nose dog, Thor stayed overnight at the clinic and he’s now home looking happy and relax! I would highly recommend their services to anyone! 雷雷

Both my husband and I are greatly satisfied with the professionalism, knowledge, especially kindness care and patience that everyone at the hospital provided to our shy-fearful Bela! We were so pleased to see her being so calm during the stay.

The Communication and follow up are excellent! We are so glad and appreciate with all the support especially from Dr David, Dr Carol & Dr Vivian. I am sure if it’s not Dr David’s immediate responses and arrangement, it could be a disastrous condition. Thanks for the exceptional care! We are happy with the comprehensive pet care services and arrangement! Indeed a rare combination to have a strong yet caring medical team, and supportive and efficient management team! It’s so far the best animal medical services we have ever experienced!

Oh we particularly appreciate the usability of the website, on-line shop, quick emails and Whatapps responses. It just make everything easier and faster!

It’s a good and well-equipped animal hospital I can trust. The fact that it’s open 24/7 really gives me the peace of mind. My doggie is well taken care of in his every visit to the vet. He still doesn’t enjoy seeing the vet, but at least we as his owners feel much less nervous with the professional and friendly staff there. 

Highly recommend to visit , really friendly and helpful . Not rude and criticizing. I love how they take care of our pet too spoiling her with treats they recommend us and keeping her calm . Making sure we have everything we need and information we should know . I love how they are so detailed. Very Helpful

Dr Chloe and nurse Catherine are very nice to my Cat. They give professional recommendation and charged reasonably.

I'm extremely happy with their services. I went last week when I was waiting for my car serviced
nearby. I looked at some pet products, the staffs were really welcoming and helpful. Especially a staff Aly, she did not mind to talk to me, getting to know about my dog's condition when I was only a walk in customer. Quality customer service is hard to come by in Hong Kong!! Would definitely bring my dog in for vaccination when it's due next.
