Temporary in-clinic measures for COVID-19 Prevention
To our valued clients,

During these difficult times, our veterinary team will be implementing some guidelines to ensure the highest level of safety and care for our clients and staff while maintaining the excellent quality veterinary service that we strive for.
The most effective means of reducing the risk of COVID-19 infection is to maintain social distancing and minimise personal contact. We will therefore kindly ask all clients to help with the following measures:
Only one owner per pet will be allowed to enter the clinic area and consultation room. However, we are very happy to have other family members join by a conference call for the duration of the consult and to ask the vet any questions.
All visitors must wear a face mask within the clinic area at all times and must use hand sanitizer when they enter the clinic.
All clients entering the clinic must complete a travel declaration. Any clients who have traveled to high-risk areas within the previous 14 days, or who have immediate family who has traveled, should contact our team to discuss how we may assist you and your pet with appropriate medical care
Special arrangements have been made regarding visiting patients in the hospital.
Special arrangements have been made for admission and discharge of surgical and hospital patients.
We have implemented these measures to ensure your pets continue to receive the highest quality care while keeping our community safe. We appreciate your understanding and support. If you have any questions about the above-mentioned measures, please feel free to give us a call 2915 7979/2915 3999
