
Dr. Chloe Cheung
BVSc Veterinary Surgeon
Dr. Chloe was born and raised in Hong Kong. After finishing high school, she moved to Sydney, Australia to pursue her dream of becoming a veterinarian. Dr. Chloe graduated from the University of Sydney with distinctions in 2016. Throughout her university career, Dr. Chloe actively participated in a range of animal-related activities including volunteering at many veterinary practices in both Hong Kong and Australia and holding fund-raising events for stray animals. This allowed her to gain insight into various aspects of the veterinary world.
During Dr. Chloe's studies, one of her clinical placements was with East Island Animal Hospital. The staff and management of East Island were so impressed with Dr. Chloe's maturity and approach to veterinary medicine that she was offered a place with the team upon graduation. Dr. Chloe is the first new graduate to have ever been afforded this honour at East Island, which speaks volumes about her dedication and skill in veterinary medicine.
Although recently graduated, Dr. Chloe is very keen to continue furthering her studies, and is pursuing a qualification in veterinary acupuncture.
Apart from being a veterinarian, Dr. Chloe is also a soprano singer, pianist and violinist. She loves all kinds of sport, particularly the extreme variety.
Dr. Chloe has two lovely Border Collies, two Pekingese and a Persian kitty, who gets along very well with all the doggies.
She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
