Creature Comforts is the fully equipped Veterinary Housecall Practice. We operate a fleet of custom designed vehicles set-up for complete veterinary care at your home.
We are the only service in Hong Kong to have the backing of our own state-of-the-art veterinary hospitals (East Island Animal Hospital and Creature Comforts TKO), critical care hospital (the Animal Emergency Centre) and our purpose-built surgical theatres (East Island Surgical Centre).
We also operate an animal-ambulance service and can arrange transport of your pet down to our hospital in a serious situation.

Creature Comforts Cat Hospital
When we started Creature Comforts nearly two decades ago, we had four guiding values: Quality, Care, Convenience and Compassion.
Creature Comforts TKO Clinic was born in 2017, and rapidly became known the best veterinary clinic in the Tseung Kwan O area. Three years after we opened, we faced a problem. Creature Comforts TKO Clinic was so busy it was hard to get an appointment, and it was also becoming crowded. And at that point we knew we needed transform and evolve, so we could make sure we kept true to our values and provided the best service for every pet and the best experience for every pet parent.
Creature Comforts TKO Clinic grew and divided, splitting two entirely new practices: Creature Comforts Veterinary Centre TKO, and our unique Creature Comforts Cat Hospital.
Creature Comforts Cat Hospital took our existing award-winning design and character and made something truly special – a hospital designed entirely around the needs of cats and cat-lovers, including customised cat waiting areas with cat trees and cat-specific furniture, and Feliway diffusers used throughout the practice to help prevent anxiety. Our staff will also use Feliway-scented towels with cats to further help them feel comfortable and at home.
Creature Comforts Cat Hospital has been certified by the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM), signalling us as a leader in high quality, stress-free feline medicine, and it’s our mission to have your cat’s visit be calm, relaxed and positive for everyone involved.
Every one of our staff are committed to providing high quality, compassionate care. Our vets, nurses and our front office staff are specially certified in “Fear-Free” techniques for cats. In fact, Creature Comforts staff training and expertise is at such a standard that we are the only veterinary group in Hong Kong recognised and endorsed by the Hong Kong Management Association.
Creature Comforts Cat Hospital benefits from being an important part of the Creature Comforts Group of Hospitals, which also includes East Island 24hr Animal Hospital, Creature Comforts Veterinary Centre TKO and Creature Comforts Veterinary Housecall Practice.

When we started thinking about building a flagship new veterinary hospital in Tseung Kwan O, we knew that we must stay true to these values, making them the key foundations on which the hospital was built.
We have worked with an international team of experts to make a completely new type of veterinary hospital, designed from the ground up to make your pet’s vet visit a calm, relaxed and happy experience – somewhere they’ll wag their tail or purr contentedly when they realise they’re coming in.
